Would also award zero star if an option. Spent over £11k refurbishing bathroom & en-suite 2 years ago. 3 months ago noticed water leaking out from under panelling which very quickly flooded under bathroom flooring and landing carpets. Rang Tecaz to ask if repair could be done under guarantee. Was curtly told I'd have to find out which product had failed before they could respond. I'm a production planner not a plumber for goodness sake! Rang original fitter who eventually came out and took the bathroom apart. He stopped the leak and promised to return to make repairs. That's the last we heard from him. He consistently ignores telephone calls, voicemails and text messages - even the ones saying we'd happily pay for repairs and could he recommend someone else who could help. Bath & shower has been unusable since March whilst I try to source spares instead of paying £280 + labour for a new tap. Strongly recommend you steer well clear, they're not interested once they've banked your hard earned wages.

Ordered in store fine, but despite being given a date for the items we ordered being there, had to chase when didn't arrive two days after, customer care poor, hung up on three times and passed on four times. No excuses just a statement that your order will be here next week , we had someone arranged to fit the item that we have now had to reschedule . Doesn't seem to matter to this place.

Salesperson was late for initial meeting at my house to measure up and discuss requirements. However we ordered a new kitchen from Tecaz to be fitted over the Easter holiday. We asked if Tecaz could arrange all details except the plasterer as we knew one. Unfortunately my husband signed a document saying we wanted to get own electrician. (Scribbled on a plan) Hence no electrician appointed and we did not become aware of this until no electrician turned up! Delivery day... A cupboard missing. Kitchen began installation, my appointed electrician asked if the fitters could make available spaces for the wires of the appliances. Not done! Cupboard door damaged. Planner hadn't put various measurements on plan for fitters to follow. Corner of kitchen area not measured correctly or the area surrounding sink by planner and the granite company. Tap would not fit. Granite company had to be recalled to make hole bigger to accommodate tap. Trouble contacting the granite company. Some damage to three of the base unit doors by way of chips. Soft close corner door not soft close and very difficult to work without fear of damage. Tecaz do not want to know. They have lied about conversations held between us and surveyor. They will not replace the damaged doors or pay for the fitting of the door that they have replaced. All staff have been extremely rude and dismissive. They take all your money up front. No wonder as they know that they supply shoddy goods and service. Please avoid this company.

I was warned off buying anything from Tecaz by a friend who had a bad experience but I quickly looked at Trustpilot who said they had a 7.9 out of 10 review average and decided to proceed with the purchase of a kitchen. Big mistake. They made mistakes in my order but as I hadn't recorded my conversations I couldn't prove anything in writing. I mean, who records every conversation they have with a salesperson? I've ended up on tablets through the stress and am now living with a kitchen that I didn't want (or did want, but wanted it as they said it was going to be, not how it actually turned out to be). Their customer service is non-existent and consists of being told "you signed for it so it's your's!".
So sad I trusted them.

Horrendously bad time with Tecaz over the purchase of a kitchen. Would never, ever, ever recommend them to anyone.
Most of the good reviews on this site appear to be by Tecaz employees or fitters that work for Tecaz. I would sincerely advise to take the good reviews with a pinch of salt. You have worked long and hard for your money, learn from my experience, spend it somewhere else.

I ordered a shower tray online, was called the following day with a delivery day. Whilst waiting at home for the delivery I called to ask for a rough time estimate and was told to await a call. After a few hours I called them back to be told it would be the following day. I then received a call to be told that they didn't have any left! After threatening legal action I was quickly refunded.
I can't help but note that a large amount of the positive feedback on here is from fitters and not the actual end customer. Cynically I can't help but wonder about the relevance of this feedback as so many customers seem to have encountered problems.

I would not buy anything from Tecaz I bought bathroom suite plus sink and toilet for unillity room all from the same set toilets were quite larger than a normal toilet so I specifically asked the member of staff serving me would I have a problem replacing toilet seats when need be no Problem she said well low and behold when I went back to Tecaz for replacement seats they told me they were made in Italy and discontinued but they could order me two at a cost £80 per seat no way would I trust Tecaz again.

I bought wardrobe components from this company. Most pieces were damaged and the finish was shoddy with the so called lazer edging to the carcass pieces uneven and a different colour. Other parts had gouges out, scratches and were basically just rubbish. I only wish I could post the photographs I took. Tecaz is refusing my request for a refund even though under the sale of goods act 1979 I am entitled to one as I did not accept the goods (Tecaz actually agree with that I didn't accept them). I have sought legal advice (which confirms what I state) AND I checked this out on gov.uk "guidance for businesses" (as I thought there must be some secret clause that enables them to do this - there ISN'T) but there is a simple flow chart that confirms again that I AM entitled to a refund but Tecaz says that they do not have to, which to me suggests that they believe they are exempt from English law!!! I am now out of pocket to the tune of almost £1200. Buyer beware!!! Just received a letter from Tecaz which states that "most" of the damage would not be visible. I refute this as much the poor finish was to all the front facing components, including shelving, side panels and plinths which takes me to another point. Do you Tecaz think it is acceptable to provide substandard faulted goods, that it is then up to the customer to attempt to hide the defects. They also state some parts wouldn't be used? Really? I thought that I would need side panels and shelving, as well as those important components such as back, top and bottom panels. Unfortunately, mostly damaged in this instance. I have spent hours trying to get my hard earned money returned and everybody I have shared the photographs with, as well as telling them of my awful experience, have all said they would never buy anything from them and cannot believe the poor quality. Awful, awful company to deal with. These wardrobes were supposed to be a treat and it's just turned into almost 2 months of stress. And to the fitters who score them 5 stars, you're not really impartial are you??? My goods looked like they had been taken out of a skip!

This is the 2nd time I have bought a Bathroom Suite from Tecaz Sunderland after having good service previously, so I wasn't anticipating too many issues. How wrong was I?
Ok, so the first bit went Ok so I thought, chose everything, but wasn't sure on the Valves for the Radiator. The lady advised me which ones I should have and I agreed.
So the plumber arrives, opens the packages and says" these are the wrong type valves for this Radiator". Ok no problem, we'll drive over and swap them for the correct ones. Not so easy we were told, why we ask? Well there's a 25% restocking charge to return the wrong valves. "What? You were the ones who advised us which ones to get!" So in the end we ended up with a set £10 cheaper just to keep the job moving. Tecaz you're Customer Service Values are extremely poor!!!
So, everything progresses well until today, the plumber comes to fit the Shower, "hang on a minute, all the connections to the wall are wrong, this will mean the shower comes off the wall at a severe angle and not straight as it should". The plumber spent the rest of the morning bodging the shower to make it fit and, did a really good job, you cannot notice the problem. Tecaz, I suggest that a £200 shower should be tested before sold, is this a one off or aren't you doing what you should be and ensuring your suppliers manufacturing process etc is satisfactory; i would suggest the latter if your Customer Service has anything to do with it!!
I will never use Tecaz again and implore everyone else not too. Everything is fine and dandy when there isn't a problem, but the money making machine kicks in when there is a problem.
Simply unacceptable!

Advertise that they Design, supply and fit bathrooms and kitchens so I went to them thinking Id get a hassle free fitted bathroom. They came out designed the bathroom I picked out the bathroom I wanted and paid for it in September. I had to wait two Months for the fitter to be available. I booked a week off work and paid for the council to come out on a certain date to collect the old bathroom. The bathroom was delivered on Friday and the fitter was due Monday so I spent the weekend dismantling units and fittings in the bathroom to give them a good start. No one turned up on the Monday when I contacted them I was told the fitting appointment had been deleted off there computer, and no one was available for fitting. I now have a dismantled bathroom and a conservatory full of bathroom equipment and no fitter. Interesting how the delivery date wasn't wiped from there computer. Obviously made sure it was delivered before I found out I had waited two months for nothing and so that I couldn't ask for a refund. I would never have bought a bathroom from them if I had known it wouldn't be fitted. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
